About Hugo Technology

Hugo Technology Limited was founded in 2001 and is an independent medical equipment repair, maintenance and management company, providing this service to global medical device manufacturers.

 

Our mission is to provide a professional, value-for-money service to all our customers, while adhering to the strictest quality standards.

We offer a comprehensive range of technical support and maintenance services, where our expert team of engineers and technicians test, calibrate and repair a wide range of biomedical equipment, from feeding pumps, dialysis equipment, infusion devices and ventilators to defibrillators and multi-parameter monitors. These activities can be carried out in the field, both nationally and internationally, or at one of our cutting-edge workshop facilities.

Hugo Technology has a broad customer base of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and our contracts take our engineers into NHS Hospitals, Private Hospitals, PCTs, GPs, Clinics, Cruise Ships, Private Nursing Homes and more.

Hugo Technology is incorporated. Completing GP, private hospital and community trust work. 

hugo technology first premises in Wychbold

2003

Trial project with a global OEM begins. A rental unit in Wychbold is acquired. 

1st employees of Hugo Technology

2004

First set of employees are taken on.

2005

Move to Hugo 1 and awarded full OEM contract.

 8 employees.

ISO 9001 logo

2006

Achieved ISO 9001.

Hugo Technology delivery service

2007

Signed contract with Blue Chip OEM. Employees now total 14.

We specialise and focus on providing bespoke technical solutions for Medical and Laboratory Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) by partnering and being fully authorised by them. However, we maintain our independent heritage by having comprehensive service agreements. We do not design or sell any physical products, which allows us to stay impartial and partner with all major equipment manufacturers.
