How we can support you

At Hugo Technology, we collaborate with medical device manufacturers and distributors in various capacities as outlined below, with the prerequisite of full OEM training in every case.


A handsome percentage of our work is secured in long-term contracts, managing Service Level Agreements, response time and PM schedule. 

Automated reporting, dashboard building and business review meetings come as standard.

Preventative Maintenance Backlog

We assist OEMs in addressing their Preventative Maintenance backlog.
Such backlog may have been due to resource constraints.

Our skilled engineers are able to work on their own or complement OEM engineers as required.


We provide emergency support through FSNs, Field Change Orders and Field Modification Instructions.

We have a proven record of working to strict time-frames and specific instructions in order to hit FSN, FCO or FMI deadlines.


OEMs occasionally require temporary support or offer us a piecemeal project with a view to working with us in the long term.

Examples of short term projects include and is not limited to: medical device installations, pre-commissioning, de-commissioning and more.
