Hugo Technology Annual Christmas Meeting

As the festive season approached and Christmas jumpers made their annual debut, the Hugo Technology team came together for our annual Christmas meeting - a chance to reflect on a successful year, recognise outstanding contributions, and celebrate the people who make Hugo what it is.

The evening was filled with laughter, gratitude, and a shared sense of pride as we looked back on a year of strong delivery and forward to an already positive looking 2026.

Celebrating Partnerships, Past and Present

This year’s event was especially meaningful, bringing together colleagues and leaders from across the wider Asker family, including Magnus Alsterlind- Asker's Business Area Director Central, Michael Schlapp- CEO CRS Medical, Boris Weber- Managing Partner Asker German Holding, and Thea Pfeiffer Finance Director CRS Medical

We were also delighted to welcome Andrew Parton and Warwick Oakey, who transitioned into advisory board member roles last year. Their continued involvement is a reminder of the strong foundations Hugo is built on and the importance of continuity as the business continues to grow.

20 Years of Service — With a Little Christmas Magic

One of the standout moments of the evening was recognising Debbie Robinson for an incredible 20 years of service with Hugo Technology.

In true festive fashion, Debbie’s recognition came with a surprise visit from a snowman guest, delivering a beautiful bouquet of flowers — proving that even after two decades of dedication, Hugo still knows how to deliver with a bit of sparkle. 🎄❄️

Debbie’s commitment, expertise, and leadership within our workshop operations have played a vital role in Hugo’s success, and this milestone was met with well-earned applause and appreciation from colleagues old and new.

The Annual Quiz: Serious Competition, Festive Spirit

No Hugo Christmas meeting would be complete without our annual team quiz, expertly hosted by quiz master Glen.

From confident answers to festive guesswork, the room was filled with competitive spirit, laughter, and teamwork — a perfect reminder that while we operate in a highly regulated, performance-driven environment, we never lose sight of having fun together.

Food, Laughter & Looking Ahead

The evening concluded with a relaxed team meal, full of good food, great conversation, and plenty of laughter. It provided the perfect opportunity to thank the team for delivering fantastic results throughout the year and to share confidence in the road ahead.

With new contracts secured and momentum building into 2026, the atmosphere was one of optimism, pride, and shared ambition.

Above all, the Christmas meeting was about saying thank you — to our people, our partners, and everyone who has contributed to another strong year for Hugo Technology.
