To help stay healthy this winter, a Hugo Health competition is underway at Hugo Technology. This is to encourage fitness and healthy eating throughout November, into the winter months, when motivation may be starting to dwindle. The competition will span the whole of November, with the final weigh in occurring on Friday 29th November 2019. Obviously, it is not a competition without prizes, therefore, the individual with the most weight lost (in relation to starting body mass) will receive prize money out of the pot created at the start of the month. In addition to this, we will be looking to make a donation to a chosen charity, to celebrate completing a month of healthy eating. Good luck to all our employee’s taking part!!
